Not sure what the issue is here, but it looks like everything except a handful of images are getting imported. Those images would need to be replaced anyway, so I wouldn't bother with trying to get those imported.

Are you concerned about not having the demo site images?

Are you using the latest version of the theme demo file? I recently updated the demo file, so it should all work now.

Try downloading the files from ThemeForest again and grab the demo xml file.
