Hi there,

1. Can you provide a link to your site? I'll check it out.

2. What browser/machine are you using when this occurs?

3. VYSUAL uses AJAX, so this may cause some conflict with plugins that use AJAX as well. Unfortunately I'm not able to provide support for issues related to plugins as I have no developer knowledge of the plugin.

4. Can you provide more details? Where are you entering these values?
