I'm unable to recreate this issue. It's showing the correct title on 3 separate browsers for me, which makes it difficult to troubleshoot.

My best suggestion is to first try deactivating any plugins you currently have active on the site. Specifically the Yoast plugin.

I just tested on a third machine, in a completely different location, with a different ISP; I've never accessed the site on this machine before, and it still displays the wrong page title.

What now?

Don't forget the "two different machines" part; And I wasn't signed into Wordpress on either machine. But, I'll fiddle with it some more and see if I can figure it out...

I checked on two browsers (FireFox and Chrome) and see "News" as the title. Maybe try clearing your browser cache/history? Also, try signing out of WordPress and see if that helps.

No, I was not able to resolve the issue. I checked again using four different browsers across two different machines, and they all display the incorrect page title.

Maybe this needs to be a new post, but related to this: the page title of my News page is the title of one of my posts (which is weird). At some point, I actually had a page with the exact same address/slug as the post (which I fixed), though I don't see how that has anything to do with this problem. I can't recall if it ever said anything else, but what is it supposed to say, and how can I fix it?

I want to create a gallery inside a POST like I saw at the news category in the preview site.

I tried to do that uploading the pictures in the post, to see if it would work just like the Gallery Page, but it didn't work.

Do you know how can I do it?

Hi there,

The News page is a category. You do not need to create a page for categories. WordPress creates pages for categories automatically. All you need is a published post in the News category for it to be an option on the Menus page. On the menus page, you can add category links. That is what you want to add for the news page.

Another guess: I tried but it didn't work - Do I have to create the content at the POST section, or at the PAGE section?

When you say "For videos, enter the video details in the appropriate field on the post edit screen", I did it, but when I enter the link, it says Error 404 :(

I did it and it didn't work... I need a more detailed explanation, if possible.

Here is what I am doing:

1. I created a new page and linked it with the news menu
2. I add it at the menu in the menu page
3. Now I want to create the content inside this page.

- Do I have to create a new page and linked it at the "news page" I created?
- Which template do I have to select in this content inside de "news page"?

Hi there,

To create a news page, you simply link the news category to your menu from the menus page. For videos, enter the video details in the appropriate field on the post edit screen.
