You'll need to contact your host about this. The "file-access is disabled in the server configuration" is a hosting-related issue.

Just let them know you're trying to use the "getimagesize" PHP function.

I tried to change the background to a "Full Background Image" (http://www.individuelles-kochbuch.com/wp-content/themes/wphud/images/backgrounds/kochbuch-bg.jpg) via "Theme Options" but it doesn't work correct:
