Can you please explain what you mean? I don't fully understand your question. Are you asking where WordPress keeps the theme files? If so...

wp-content > themes > theme-folder-name

Are they in the download or at Wordpress?

what exactly is your issue? theres a video walk through and documentation that comes with the theme have you followed those?

I like the index feature but am not sure how to make it work. Is there documentation or a video explanation available?
