Hi there,

1. Create a category for the blog on the "categories" page. In this example let's use "Blog".
2. In the theme options panel, select "Blog" in the drop down for the blog section.
3. Create posts and assign them to the "Blog" category.
4. On the "menus" page, add the "Blog" category to the menu you created.
