Yes, go to Option Tree > Home Posts > and ONLY enter the "Featured" category into the allotted slot. You can leave the other fields blank...

I was wondering if there is a way to just show the FEATURED category on the FRONT PAGE. I don't want all post's to show in the front page. Is is possible to do that?
