If you open up "meta.php" you'll see the code used for the meta content. You can edit/delete that (the content, not the file).

I still can't find the "Theme Options > Custom CSS (Optional)" area that you are referring to. Where exactly is this located?

On Theme Options, I have the following left sidebar choices: Logo & Colors, Slider, Social Buttons, Countdown, Donate Button, Footer Widgets. I don't see Custom CSS (Optional) on any of those screens.

Could I be using an older version? I can't find that option.

Well, the title was pretty specific.

I have the WP Politico theme: http://www.nickjohnson2012.com.

If you scroll down, you notice that there is a bar above every post that has the time stamp, the number of comments and the uploader listed.

I would like this bar completely removed from every post and page, but I can't figure out where that setting lives.

Please help!
