I really would like to be able to use the contact form on this page after all. Is it an easy fix to remove the standard "leave a comment" box only on the contact page?

Justin, that didn't work, but I removed the Contact Form 7 from the field and used the default and it seems to be working. Thanks for the help.

Aaron, go to your Contact Page, click Screen Options (in the top right), click Discussion, then scroll down the page to the Discussion panel - uncheck Allow Comments and that'll do it :)

I've added a Contact Form 7 form on my contact page but there is also a "leave a comment" box underneath the submit button. How can I remove the "leave a comment" box on the contact page only?
