Hi there,

For the posts already published, you need to manually turn comments off via post edit page for each post.

I did it, but it works only for the new Posts (switched off Discussion in Screen Options and Settings->Discussion. What can I do with already uploaded posts?

Hi there,

You can do this via WordPress post settings. Simply turn the comments off for that post on the edit page and the tab will be removed.
