I can import "dummy_content.xml" but without attachments.
After importing I have comment:

"Importing attachment http://www.wpuniversity.themolitor.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/12/collegecampus.jpg... Remote file error: Remote file is incorrect size"

Is something wrong with server or something...?
