I think I've figured out my issue.

The zoom level for the categories was not set properly (under customize > map settings). Once I adjusted this, the posts under each menu item category became visible at once.

Hello

I'm looking for step-by-step instructions on how to group multiple posts under single menu items just as it is displayed on http://www.lakewaparks.com .

So far, I have been able to create posts. I have been unable to link these posts to their respective menu items.
