Hi there,

Please keep in mind that if you're using the nivo slider, that does not support video. Only the dual slider supports video.

Regarding dimensions, videos will not distort if they don't fit those exact dimensions. If the video isn't wide or tall enough for those dimensions, all you'll see is black space. This is normal.

Excuse me but do you think a more detailed answer can be provided?

The video points to a box. There is no explanation on what precisely to enter. Can we enter the specified size? Most YouTube videos are NOT 612 x 375 format. And they become distorted at that format.
