Hi there,

Open up footer.php and add target="_blank" to each socialicon item. Here's an example of what the Facebook link would look like with that...

<a target="_blank" class="socialicon" id="facebookIcon" href="<?php echo $facebook; ?>"  title="Facebook Profile" rel="nofollow"></a>

The title pretty much says it all. I'm wanting to have the social media icons, when clicked, to open into a new page or new tab. I'm not sure how to proceed since the link isn't an <a> tag, or not exactly.

Help would be appreciated.
