Hi there,

Couple things...

1. This is not a WordPress.com theme. As listed on the item page, a self-hosted WordPress installation is required (i.e. wordpress.org, not wordpress.com). For more info about what the difference is, please review this link: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

2. I only see one other thread you've created here on the forums, which I've responded to. If you have issues, it doesn't look like you're trying to get help with them. I'm here to help, so please post a thread if you have trouble with using the theme. Please keep in mind, though, that I do not provide customization services.

3. There are no known issues with this template. ThemeForest, as well as myself, check each file to make sure there are no issues or problems with the code before the theme can even be available for sale. Often issues arise when users make edits to the template files or install/activate plugins that cause problems. If an actual problem with the theme exists, I will certainly provide support and find a solution/fix for the issue.

4. Refunds are handled by ThemeForest, but only if there are actual problems with the theme and its code.

Thanks!

Chris

Nocturnal template has so many issues on different levels. It is sold mostly due to great image on the promotional cover. Support is so slow and poor or there is no support at all. Issues arise behind each corner. I think for templates like this there has to be money back options. I will try to explore those with wordpress.com.
