for the paragraph color go to line 328 and change the color: #6f6f6f to the hex code you want

#footerWidgets {width: 960px; margin: 0 auto; color: #6f6f6f; padding: 50px 0;}

to change the title color open you style.css and go to line 331 and change the color: #6f6f6f to the hex code you want

'#footerWidgets h2.footerWidgetTitle {padding-bottom: 10px; font-size: 18px; color: #6f6f6f;}'
