Open up "index.php" and remove all instances of "tooltip" to remove the hover title.

You mean... Featured Item Link of "Custom Post Option" by any chance?
Because it mention at there like this:
"Enter full URL to replace default post link on featured items. Use # to deactivate link."
I did it only two slider posts of them in the website. As result is no link now but
when I point the slider image, blank for title (like alt=" ")thing comes up. I would like delete that.

Per the help file, to disable the links in the slider, put "#" in the custom link field for each slider post.
