Hi there,

On the menus page, make sure you have the "Link Target" check box selected in the screen options panel (upper-right corner, next to "help").

Then you can expand a menu item and see the "Open link in a new window/tab" checkbox.

I am having some issues creating the social media footer links like the Panels Demo site. I want to be able to open social media links in a new window, but it does not seem to be working.
