it could be an idea to add this to your documentation, because it took me a lot of time to find that out. I'm used to work with themes with sliders included like revolution slider etc. These sliders allways work like plugins and uploading photos and adding text and your slider is really something different to work with.

Correct. The slider consists of posts in the slider category that you create. The images displayed are the featured image for each post in the slider.

The slider is meant as a way to highlight certain events and link users to those events/posts.

Hi Chris,

i read the documentation and the watched the video. But after some researching i found out that the photos in the slider are made in the posts by selecting a featured image. All the featured images for that post in that category, are all the different photos in one slider.
I can't find anything other way to upload a photo in to a slider plugin or custom posttype and add titles and links and so. It took me a while to find that out. Or may be i'm wrong and then I would like to know if there is another way.

To clarify, there is only a single slider throughout the site, but you can display it on different pages using those page templates listed above.

1. Default theme home page.
2. Pages using the "Full Width Slider Page" page template.
3. Pages using the "Slider Page" page template.
