Hi there,

I see you're using v1.2.2 of the theme. v1.2.4 is the latest version. I recommend upgrading the theme to make sure that isn't the issue.

Also, try using simpler category names. For example, instead of "opere/works" try "works" just to see if that has any impact.

Thanks!

Chris

I will try to explain myself better (I know my English is not good, I'm Italian ...).
I would like the main timeline of the home page points to the category "Opere/Works", when you load the site. I TICKED CHECK BOX OF THE CATEGORY "OPERE/WORKS" IN THEME OPTIONS PANEL BUT, AS YOU SEE, IN THE MAIN TIMELINE IS DISPLAYED ALL POSTS OF ALL CATEGORIES (NOT ONLY THOSE RELATING TO "WORKS"). WHY?

Hi there,

I don't see that you have a "Works" category with posts assigned to it: http://www.simonabramati.it/category/works

Make sure you have properly setup your categories and assigned posts.

Thanks!

The main timeline has to contain only the category "works". Instead it continue to be added posts of other categories, i.e. "eyes" and "uncategorized". See for yourself, the right end of the timeline.
Can you help me to solve this problem? Do you need the access keys to the administration panel of WP? It is urgent, thank you.

Hi there,

It sounds like you have an issue somewhere with how your categories are setup and assigned in the theme options. Make sure you have a "Works / Works" category with all the posts you want assigned to it.

Thanks!

Hi,

I created a fifty posts categorized firstly in the category "Opere/Works"; then, for the client's needs, these posts should appear in a secondary timeline. So I created a new category, Category "Occhi/Eyes", I changed all the posts exclusively attributing this new category "Occhi/Eyes". I created the menu for category "Occhi/Eyes" and the second timeline is created automatically (wonderful!) but ........
..... the strange thing is that on the main page still show ALL the posts, both those of category "Opere/Works" and those of "Occhi/Eyes" category, even though I set the panel "Theme Options" which are visible in the Main Timeline posts with the category "Works / Works" and Timeline categories only "Eyes / Eyes". Why in the main page still see ALL the posts? what should I do?

Hi there,

You can add a link to the menu for each category you create. The default layout of the category pages is in the blog format, unless you select that category to display like a timeline in the theme options panel.

On the menus page, just check the box for the category and add it to the menu.

Hope that helps!

Chris
