I would hope that you are considering a toggle or fixed input lat/long in admin panel. I think it might be a huge selling feature.

Hi there,

All mapping features are controlled from the "script.php" and "script_list.php" files. Beyond that, a significant amount of work is involved in making alterations to the position of the map without using the most recently published date.

Once I tried to submit a customization request, it didn't work out at all. It took a week of miscommunication and resulted to nothing at all.

I'm not asking for a complete solution. I'm asking to point me in the right direction.

Hi there,

The mapping system is setup to focus on the most recently placed post (using the WordPress loop function to display posts). If you want to change that, just edit the publish date of the post you want to display first to a more recent date.

Displaying fixed coordinates on the main map (with multiple posts) is not a theme feature, so you'll need to submit a customization request for that here: http://themolitor.com/custom
