if i replace all #000 with the color i want in the way described above, will it change the font color too? I would like that to remain black but the rest of the calendar box to be of different color.

Find the following:

".sliderDate" and ".sliderInfo" then remove this line from both: "background: rgba(0, 0, 0, .85);"

That worked for almost everything (I'm changing everything from black to dark brown, so it was fine to just change every instance of #000). Thanks!

Now the only issue is the caption background on the slider, and the current state when you're on an interior page. You can see what I mean at canalroomsouthampton.com. Do you know where I can find those final bits to update?

That's a complicated one. There is no "simple" solution to be honest... but one suggestion would be to search your Style.CSS file for #000000 or #black... You could potentially do a find and replace with the hex value of your choice.

I have not tested this and would proceed with caution. But, at least that's one way to start. If you know your way around CSS you should be able to see each instance of black and decide whether or not it needs to change.

I think this is probably very simple, but how do I change the main color of the website (not the "link color")? Instead of the black, I'd like it to be dark brown. Is there a super easy way to do this? Or just CSS?
