Hey M,

That's quite alright, this should help you out:

1) Go to Appearance > Editor > Style.css (the file that opens by default)
2) Find this line: #sliderContainer h6 {color: #FFFFFF; text-shadow: 0px 1px 1px rgba(0,0,0,.5)}
3) Replace #FFFFFF with #000000 for Black, or go here and pick the color of your choice http://html-color-codes.info/.
4) Hit save

Make sure you're saving the current version prior to editing the code, just in case you need to revert back. Also, this may change the text color elsewhere on the site, though I have not tested it in every instance. You should be good :)

Actually, I see now I didn't explain that very well. When I look at it the titles on the pages of the nav bars don't stand out enough. I think just changing the font to black would solve that problem. I don't like going into the site code and changing if I don't have to- but it's not in the theme options so I gotta be brave... :)

Hey M,

If you make the main navigation buttons black, we would have to change the color of the text around it as well. I wouldn't suggest making that many edits to the site code. Also, there is a gradient on those buttons that obviously wouldn't carry over to black.
