I'm happy to troubleshoot this with you here to get the issue resolved -- I'm certain there are no theme-related issues.

If you're just wanting a refund, you'll need to contact ThemeForest/Envato as they handle all payment transactions/refunds (authors do not have any control over that).

Again, I'd like to work with you to figure out what the issue is. Remember, the audio player only displays songs that have been uploaded to the post/page being displayed. If there are no audio files attached to the post/page displayed, then no audio files will display for the player.

Does that make sense?

My music does not show in the audio player with the other files that came with the theme. I will have to ask for a refund.

Correct. To add a playlist for each post/page, you need to upload songs. Follow the "add songs" instructions to attach audio files/songs to the post.

All audio files attached to the post/page will display like the demo site.

The link displays only add song list in the post content section. Can we add songs as displayed in the following link:
