Tried to use the code, but it seems not to work. I've chose featured pic but i can only see black background?

I always recommend images be 16:9 ratio and at least 1440x810 in dimensions.

What size of background pic should it be? So it fits most of computers/mobile devices?

The file single.php has changed a little.
I changed line 149 to this:

<?php if($latitude && $longitude && $data['zoom'] != '99' ){ //START MAP?>

but map is still showing as background when I set zoom level to 99.
Where is the error?

I did a little workaround to see a background-images instead of a map.
because sometimes the maps are just to bad, but the pin should stay in the map of a category or home.

Just add

&& $data[ 'zoom' ] != '99'

in single.php on line 129 like this

if ($data[ 'latitude' ] && $data[ 'longitude' ] && $data[ 'zoom' ] != '99' ) {

and use in custom post options 99 for zoom level
