Unfortunately the date is posted all throughout the template. I recommend using a search and replace feature when opening the files.

We are based in Ireland and are use to reading the date in d/m/Y and not the U.S. way of m/d/Y.

I have change it in my wordpress settings to this but it does not seem to pass through the template.. where would I look in the code to change this.
