Hi there,

The theme wouldn't have anything to do with that. The content/text is stored in a database and WordPress is grabbing that, creating an excerpt and spitting it out via a WordPress function in the theme.

It sounds like this is a caching/browser issue, but beyond that I really don't know. Unfortunately there isn't anything I can troubleshoot via theme adjustments to have any impact on this as it only involves your database, WordPress install and browser/machine and NOT the theme.

Maybe try customizing the excerpt field to see if that has any impact?

Hello,

I've got an issue. Well, if I change the post text it doesn't change on the homepage excerps. By the way I leave the "excerpt" field empty in the post so it takes the beggining of the main text. It's ok for me but nothing changes on the homepage if I edit the main text. All cache plugins deactivated, reseted, browser cache cleared. Is there any advice on that?
