Hi... in my case it was a conflict with a widget/plugin as "last item on sidebar" ... seems there *is* a general javascript/jquery issue with some stuff trying to load in sidebar causing the javascript to time out (loading..... loading .... Bueller...). In my case it was Adsense ... more than one adsense item on right sidebar one, seems to cause a problem (and varies based on ad being served). So, anything ELSE loading in page with Javascript/jqery may cause issue with the slide ins on home page *and* the breadcrums; primarly issue with IE9, it looks like. (My two cents.)

It looks like you have a plugin installed thats seems to be causing problems either theres an issue with the plugin(which you'll need to contact the plugin developer) or its something else, you'll need to disable the plugins because I can determine if its another issue
