Figured it out! :)

It's actually the setting located in OptionTree @ Home Carousel > Auto Slide Delay. When set to 0, it breaks.

It had nothing to do with disabling Home Category Lists.

It appears that plugin is associated with JetPack (site stats plugin). I disabled JetPack to no avail.

Interestingly though, I tried copying the theme_options_data back in to OptionTree & it fixed the problem. But the problem resurfaced when I disabled the home category lists.

I'm continuing experimenting & will post an update on my findings...

jQuery isn't loading properly. Looking at your source code, try deactivating the "WPGroHo" plugin. It appears to be a horribly loaded plugin that is causing issues.

It was working ok, then I did a couple updates & created a new post. Now it's not displaying the featured images in the homepage slider. It's also broken my header & footer navigation.

I updated to WordPress 3.1.3 & I also updated OptionTree to 1.1.7.1. I'm not sure if either of those broke it though. I feel like the slider worked just after doing the update, but I can't say for certain now.

I also created a new post & played with turning the Carousel & Category lists on.

These are the only things I've done. Any ideas what happened?
