I just want to clarify... you need to reset that theme option. Please follow these steps...

1. Navigate to the Customize page.

2. Navigate to the "static front page" section.

3. Check the box to change the status of the pop-up video option.

4. Click save/publish.

5. Navigate to the "static front page" section again and uncheck the pop-up video option.

6. Click save/publish (again).

This should reset that theme option. Let me know if that helps. Again, the box should NOT be checked after you've finished the reset.

Not working for me this solution.

My theme doesn't work as DEMO. I don't want the video plays automatically, I want to play only if I push the play buttom (as DEMO). But the popup is always active and I have to close it to see the web.

Thanks for posting in the forums!

The pop-up feature is controlled from the customize page. It's a checkbox in the "static front page" section.

If by chance the box isn't checked, try checking it and saving, then uncheck and save again. This will reset the pop-up setting.

When I configure HOME page, video post is always active in the popup. I want that this works like DEMO, where the video only plays if you push the PLAY button of the home page.

Why is working like this? Any configuration missing?
