You can create a page with that letter in the content area and assign that page as the home page. Beyond that, you'll need to submit a customization request to implement that content is another way.

I have a site that I want to have a "Welcome Introduction letter" from the client. Do you have a way I can get that done if I change some line of code? Please say it's super easy:)
