Politico doesn't have any cookie integration, so it wouldn't be anything theme-related causing this issue. Sorry I can't be more help here.

I have integrated a popup with email form on home page (annaeshoo4congress.com) using the plugin Arty Popup. I've set the popup to disappear for 90 days for anyone who dismisses the form, but that part doesn't seem to be working. The plugin author thinks it could have something to do with cookie settings in my theme (Politico). See: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/popup-cookies-question?replies=2#post-5552166

Any suggestions how to resolve?
