CSS should work just fine on phones. You might need to clear browser history/cache.

Hello,
It does not help. I am suspecting that for phone CSS does not work. Maybe I need to add these all changes in inside files somwhere.All things taht I added to CSS box on the phone, they do not work. For example this also on phone do not work #dropmenu li {width: auto;} but works on internet PC.

Looks like you've made some edits to the template files. Try adding this to your Custom CSS box on the Customize page...

body.home #contentBox {display: none;}
