I apologize I was thinking of Aid not Politico

Politico doesn't have a 3 column option just a 2 and a full width(page template not home)

its located in theme options under home page

How do you select from the 3 home page options? Do I need to activate certain widgets or is there a setting in the theme or option tree to achieve this?
