ok. so I replace de single.php file with the original file via FTP. Then i found the line and deleted it.
Publish Info is still showing on the post
do you know why this might be happening?

this is line 40

Actually that line does not show on the single.php
the only h2 line is the following
<h2 class="posttitle"><?php the_title(); edit_post_link('Edit Post →','  / <small>','</small>');?></h2>
shall I erase that one?

I've installed THE PRODUCER THEME and can't seem to hide the publish info on the post.
I need to hide this line for every post

Posted by (username) / on (date) / No Comments /

I've searched the FAQs with no luck so far so if you could point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it
