One more question. (Hope I'm not being a pain!)

My client is wondering if it's possible to hide the featured image on the synopsis tab. (She thinks it's a bit redundant to show it there.)

I noted that deleting the featured image also made it disappear from the excerpts area, so I'd prefer not to do that.

Is there a way to do this?
