I'm using the newest version of Chrome. Anyone else on the forum seeing the same issues? I'm a bit stumped considering it looks okay to me...

Hi Justin,

Thanks for looking into this. Unfortunately, I still am having some problems with it.

It doesn't seem to show the slider or arrows on my windows 7 machine using Google 0 16.0.912.75 m

I find that in IE 9, I get that certificate issue warning which displays only after I click allow security certificate errors from being blocked.

Firefox usually shows it, and earlier versions of IE didn't seem to have problems. Chrome is the one that seems to not work in certain versions or settings which I'm still trying to determine.

What version of Chrome were you using?

The site works fine (as far as I can tell). But in certain browsers it doesn't but this is very inconsistent - I've tested visiting this site from various co-workers computers and sometimes people with the exact same browser - one might have the slider display properly while another might not).

Regarding your issue, do you have a link to your site? It will help determine the possible cause of the issue.

Until you can provide a link (or more details), my best advice is to make sure you follow the instruction in the help file for creating a slider category and adding posts to that category with an image for the slider.

I have a similar issue when viewing the slider with inconsistent results.

In some browser version it works with no problem, however - mysteriously, even when comparing the exact same browser versions some see the slider okay and in others, the slider doesn't work (no image or arrows).

One thing that seems interesting is that on our sever when testing in IE9, the browser displays the following message:

"Internet Explorer blocked this website from displaying content with security certificate errors."

When I click the "Show Content" button after this message, the sliders on the site works. However when I view the demo on themeforest, and I click the very same button, the slider doesn't work:

In earlier versions of IE, the site seems fine, it works mostly in Firefox, however I have seen it not work in a certain version of Firefox. In Chrome, I get very mixed results. In some versions/settings the slider is visible and in other versions it doesn't work.

This leads me to suspect that the issue might be related to some sortof security setting within browsers, but I have not been able to find a solution yet.

If anyone has any ideas, or next steps, please let us know :)

Same Problem here with the Slider and the SPonsore Images - in both cases also no arrows to slide anything oO

i bought the theme , i post here for help and none answered.where is your support. the theme is not working. i cannot see the slider and i cannot change the background.
