can you post a link to your site, its most likely some padding/margin css

Almost worked. The slider went away but the background space is still there (so you have a huge gap between nav and timer)

open up the header.php and comment out or remove lines 110 - 137

I have setup a custom page as my default but the slider still shows up. I do not want the slider to display at all on any page. How can I do this? I tried the "replace index with post html" but that didn't work.
