Hi there,

When you upload any media to your site (images, videos, etc.), WordPress generates a URL for that content. You can copy/paste that.

Hello is there instruction on exactly how to get this to work. Because on your tutorial it says to place video URL for background video. I'm a little lost.

For the background video feature, you need to upload the MP4 to your WordPress site, not Vimeo.

Can you instruct me on how to? Because I did the same thing you instructed on you video tutorial. I uploaded my video on viemo and paste the URL in the video background feature. Nothing happens when i do.

Hi there,

For the background video feature, you have to upload an MP4 video to your site and enter the URL to the uploaded video file. Streaming the video from external sites for the background video is not a supported feature.

I purchase the Vysualize theme and I been having an issue with the video background. I am using Vimeo to host my vid. My video format is MP4. When I paste the Vimeo link in the costomize background video option nothing happens. It does not play my video and I have looked threw the forum for help. Pleases help me with this issue. And another question can my 1 min video reel https://vimeo(dot)com/211245314 play as the background video like on your Demo tutorial.
