Got it to work. For anyone else possibly reading this, I had the home page template set to "video" rather than "default". Went to "pages", looked at my home page, on the right is "template", dropdown box was set to "video", and I simply changed it to "default" and it works.

Ok, so no help here yet, very frustrating. I have discovered that the header/slider actually works on any OTHER page, but not the homepage. I have deleted all plugins, added a widget as instructed in the documentation, tried everything I can think of, and still the slider/header does not cycle through. Now I'm going to try and view whats going on with the other page where it IS working (a false page that I don't even want), and see if I can spot the differences between it and the home page. 3 days of messing with this to no avail yet.

I upload 7 photos, have it set to slide every 5 seconds, but it does not. It just shows a static page and does not slide through the images. I've tried randomizing, and still nothing. A little help here? Thank you!
