Hi there,

I'm always trying to break the rules ;-p

Regarding your edit, I don't see any issues with it. You might want to do a mobile test, though.

Best,

Christopher:

I think I found it--

#topContentStuff {
        min-height:200px;
}

This look right to you, or does this break something I'm unaware of...?

Hi, Christopher:

Is there any css I can use to standardize the header image at a fixed height? No offense, it's a very nice template. but the header image height varying based upon the text on the page seems an odd choice for web design :-) My client (and, frankly, I) expect the header image to be fixed and consistent across all pages. I've actually never seen this approach before.

Is there a way I can fix the large size height to x% and the standard height to y%?

Thanks--

Christopher

Hi there,

There are two header style options: Large and Standard. The Large style will always push the content down in order to make the header area, menu and page title always in maximum view. The Standard style will display the header at the smallest size possible in order to fit the content on the page.

For the "Large" option, the height of the header is determined by the size of BOTH the menu items and the small excerpt/paragraph text under the page title area.

If your header varies in size, that means the content on the page is not the same. This is normal/expected behavior when using the "large" display option.

Hope that helps!

Best,

Christopher

Hello,

I'm having trouble getting each page to keep the same header height. For example, I'd like to have the same header height that shows up on the home page to show up on the Team page and each team member's page.

The "Team" page is the blogroll, and the individual team members' pages are linked to pages not the blog post.

The site can be located here:
Home | http://rcre.com/
Team | http://rcre.com/team
Team Member Example | http://rcre.com/katrina-lewis/

Thank you very much for your help!
