Sorry, never mind this topic. I had "compatibility view" turned "ON" and then there's an issue with the menu.

The header menu displays vertically when in IE9 but if I choose "compatibility mode" it views normally. Also on the Themeforest.net site it displays incorrectly when the top frame is showing but displays correctly when the frame is turned off. The index.html file displays correctly in Chrome. How can I remedy this issue?
