When it comes to adding core image files, like the logo, I highly recommend adding it to the actual theme's "images" folder.

However, you could upload the logo file via the WordPress upload tool and reference the new URL in the style.css file.

For the video information I can just create a screen shot which is fine...

And regarding the logo I am not working on it from my ftp I have actually edited everything from my Wordpress Dashboard/ Stylesheet.css Editor... Any ideas of how I can do it that way or no

The logo image file is located in the "images" folder within the theme. The file name is "logo.gif".

If you open that file in Photoshop, you can paste your new logo on top (using copy merged in the edit menu) and just align the layers correctly. When finished, save the file and upload it via ftp to the "images" folder.

Regarding video thumbnails, auto-generated thumbnails only work for images, so you'll need to create an image for your video posts.

Yes, I need more assistance. I have the header already however I don't know where to edit that in the template/theme itself.

Hi Ashley,

Since the "G" is an image, you need to edit the PSD file and change the appropriate layer text. Once you edit the PSD, replace the logo image file in the "images" folder.

Hello,

I am a beginner as well however I have a little bit of knowledge with coding. I am having a hard time replacing the G on the left upper section of these theme. Can you point me in the right direction?
