I donno what the problem was but I just deleted it and started over and its fine now. Go figure..

Make sure you don't have a blog page or static home page selected on the reading settings page. Use the default "show latest posts" option.

yeah everything is good.

the problem is that if you go to the main site: domain.com i get the error message. but if you go to domain.com/post/ it works fine and displays the post as normal.

Please make sure you have proper map data for your post. Also, make sure you have a designated blog category assigned on the theme options panel for the blog.

I created a post, did everything, went to the page and it says I need to create some post?! Then it just shows me the default map location in the middle of nowhere.
