Hi there,

Unfortunately we don't have control over manipulating the scroll bar since it's part of the Chrome browser system. Any issues with that would be considered a bug with the browser and not the theme.

Regarding video, there are no shortcodes for that, so I'm not quite sure what you're referring to. The best way to do a video page is to make sure you're using the text editor for the page (not the visual editor) and copy/paste the YouTube embed codes.

Hope that helps!

Chris

Well that was weird, I had to change the filename and reupload, overwrite a file that didn't seem to be there and voila it worked!

Must have been a ghost in the machine....

Moving on, what can be done about my scrollbar issue?

Also i'm wanting to embed a youtube video and have a media page but it doesn't seem to work with embeds and youtube shortcodes.

Thanks

Hey Chris,

I have updated the image so it is http://tonemgmt.com/Images/Tonebackground3.jpg

Now it appears perfect on the about page about and contact but is in a completely different position on the homepage, even though in the theme options it is definitely the same url http://tonemgmt.com/Images/Tonebackground3.jpg

I'm happy with the position of the content but only if the scrollbar will work. It works great in firefox but not chrome. Is there a fix for this? It's very important for me to be able to do this as my artists sometimes have long tours listed through the songkick module.

Maybe there is a way to make the scroll bar sit above the panel content maybe?

Thanks.

Hi there,

1. The background image on the about page is showing a Not Found error message: http://tonemgmt.com/Images/Tone1large1296v3.jpg

2a. The position of the content is intentional. You can see this in the demo site.

2b. Are you not able to scroll with your mouse/fingers? If you're using Chrome, the scroll bar sits behind the panel content, which is a chrome bug (browser scroll bars shouldn't be part of the page content layering).

Let me know.

Thanks!

Chris

Hello, I love PhptoPharm, BEAUTIFUL. very well done on this theme sir

and have two issues currently on http://www.tonemgmt.com

For me there is two main outstanding areas i'm having trouble with - the background image on each page, I.E homepage background image loads OK but the "about page" image moves and isn't in the same place is the homepage background image.

Problem two is on the page "Dragged Into Sunlight" - When you click on each page the content of that page starts halfway down the page and for some reason the scrollbar doesn't work (even though I can see it.

Any ideas?
