Hi there,

Since Google analytics is a 3rd party service, it is not something controlled/supported natively by WordPress. As a result there is not a theme-related feature for that - I understand some themes have a field for this in the theme options, but this approach is frowned upon in the WordPress theming community.

You have a couple options when it comes to 3rd party services: (1) follow instructions provided by the service for adding code to your site or (2) utilize a free plugin to add this functionality to your WordPress install.
