Has anyone had trouble getting this theme to work when hosting with GoDaddy?
I have uploaded WP to my domain with GoDaddy, installed the theme, installed the OptionTree plugin.
However...whenever I try to change anything it tells me my ftp client won't allow it.

I then tried to make my updates and changes via Dreamweaver (which is how I usually work with my websites) and it tells me there is an error on Line 2 and it messes up absolutely everything. "Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_header() in D:\Hosting\8464703\html\index.php on line 2"

I have had to uninstall and reinstall a few times now, and I am getting a bit disheartened.
