The issue was with a jQuery plugin that has since been updated. If you download the latest version of the theme from your downloads page, you can grab the updated "activity.js" file (located in the "scripts" directory).

Just replace that file and the error should go away.

I am NOT running in compatibility mode. Just straight IE8, no plugins.

I'm testing ie8 since that's most commonly used (4x IE9)

No error in chrome, which is the browser i use personally.

Are you running IE8 in compatibility mode?

If so, compatibility mode uses the IE7 engine, which this theme does not support.

It's the built in debugger in IE.. the yellow warning icon in the bottom left corner.
