Hi there,

The excerpt displays in two places: (1) the category page and (2) the top section of the post page. If an excerpt isn't provided, WordPress grabs the first x amount of words from your post and displays that instead.

Got it, the "upload to post" wasn't jumping out at me. I am still confused about the excerpt doubling up though.

I am creating a project gallery post and cannot figure out how to "attach" the images to the post with out inserting images into the post. When I choose the images that I want to show on the Interiors cat page, then the images are doubled on the project page. I tried to see what was done for the "Skyscraper" project, but cannot see where you are pulling the images.
Also, the description of the project is also being shown in the excerpt section on the projects page.
