Hi there,

Looking at your image links, I think the issue is related to the file names you're using for your images. See this example URL...

http://stefandavis.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/RELENTLESS-FINAL-MASTER2.mov.Still013.png

The URL above contains ".mov", so the lightbox is treating it like a video.

To fix this, you need to adjust the file name and remove any instances of .mov (or the like).

Hi Chris

thanks for getting back to me so quickly .

The error happens specifically when you select certain images in the gallery. when the image expand into the Lightbox the picture isn't displayed but the error message.

The error for me happens when you select images , 1- 3, 5-9, 10, 11 and 16

I'm not seeing any issues on that page. Can you provide more details about the issue so that I can investigate? Where is the issue occurring? Where is it saying "This plugin not supported"?

Okay, I know that support doesn't include issues caused by plugins and that's fine I understand However...

The gallery that you built into the theme keeps saying 'This Plug in not supported'

some pictures are fine. Others are not.

It's not an issue with chrome because I have looked at in on a number of different devices, (PC, MAC, Android and Iphone) and the same issues arise.

Now like I said. I know support isn't for fixing issues caused by plugin... but this isn't an issue I have caused buy adding a new to the template. Not to sound like a child pushing the blame but 'It was like that when I got here'...
